Michael Norton is Houlihan Capital‘s Director of Business Development responsible for building and maintaining the Firm’s relationships throughout the Country. Among his many duties in that role, Mr. Norton covers Houlihan Capital’s accounting, financial sponsor and cannabis communities. His strong leadership experience allows him to quickly understand a client’s situation and provide recommendations to achieve their strategic goals.
Mr. Norton is quite engaged both professionally and civically. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), both locally and nationally, the Small Business Investor Alliance, the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors, and the American Bar Association, namely its Business Law Section. He is well-known through those and other communities as a dynamic master connector. Moreover, he was a founding member of the Chicago Leadership Alliance and formerly served as the Chicago Ambassador for the University of Minnesota Law School Alumni Association.
